DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@samoneskincare.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue store credit.
